136 DOGE legal challenges

“Efficiency in government should be a goal for every
administration, agency, and federal employee. But how we achieve it
also matters,” Linda Murkowski wrote. “By circumventing proper
channels and procedures, and creating the potential to compromise the
sensitive data of Americans, we create a tremendous amount of
unnecessary anxiety. That is wrong. Good governance is based on
trust, not fear.”
Ms. Murkowski, what
sensitive data is there to compromise in the case of federal
government expenditures? Why do we have a government spending money
and then having to hide not only that the money was spent and how
much, but for what purpose? Is it because for years the House and
Senate have created a system that allows money to be spent without
the actual representatives approving the specific line items? Did
the founding fathers have the idea in mind that there should be
monies spent in a way that the public should no know to who, how
much, and what for?
USAID is shut down.
Agency
for International Development (USAID)
was created by an executive order by President John F. Kennedy
(probably the most sane Democrat president in my lifetime, but
corruptible), to spend funds designated The Foreign Assistance Act, a
congressionally passed act supposedly help foreign countries. Post
World War I where the victors left the Germans to their own
reconstruction which some say led to Hitler and WW II, perhaps there
was good intention.
However, money spent
should be straight forward and not be such that it should be hidden.
Here are a few good reasons:
- Money in aid to foreign countries should be identified for the benefit of rebuilding or health related service. That way people can see the need and perhaps contribute their own additional contributions. It is also a way to prevent theft, fraud and over charging for services. It also can define an end point or end of program.
- Money to individuals should be transparent in order to prevent theft, fraud, and incompetent business practices. It also can be defined for termination when the individual need no longer exists.
- Money for foreign defense aid to countries is most important to be defined. We look to the Ukraine which has been a tremendous money pit. Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that he has not seen all the money that was supposed to go to the Ukraine for the war effort. Where is it? Is there a laundering operation going on? Why in the last sixteen years has there been Russia Ukraine war situations under the auspices of Joe Biden, first as the Vice-President to Barack Hussein Obama and then when he was the president alleged? Add to it the arrangement of son Hunter and the Ukraine energy company Burisma which stunk to high heaven, and one wonders what is really going on.
- Transparency keeps the transactions legitimate. Why has the Defense department not passed an audit in a long time? A hidden transaction scheme. Why does a toilet seat cost so much at DOD? We want to know but they hide it.
- Eliminate departments and programs that are no longer needed or are useless. When kissing the ass of the teachers unions by Jimmy Carter The United States Department of Education began operating on May 4, 1980, having been created after the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare was split into the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services by the Department of Education Organization Act, which President Jimmy Carter signed into law on October 17, 1979. (citation Wikipedia)
- Transparency helps determine the number of employees Federal departments have and how many are really needed. It is said that the Federal Government head count is especially high in some areas to the point of bloat. If money is designated for employees, there should be a transparent system in place to define jobs, work location, and salary.
- Spy and investigation agencies need to be accountable. Too many transactions occur outside of transparency. New department and agency heads need to do create these methods of accountability.
So why all the
lawsuits? Because the DC elite have never seen true business
management. They have no clue!
This is a start.
There will be more to come as more is exposed.
