004 Illinois tax - editorialpinups

If the State of Illinois were a business, it would need to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.  To try to counteract their fiscal dilemma they decided to do a 67% increase in taxes.  Stay tuned for the results.

Update June 24, 2016:  Illinois is further behind on their bills.  They have no budget.  Click here for the reason.
