Answer: A tainted
jury pool. (I left off the Washington Mystics because many attendees
might be Indiana Fever fans looking to see Caitlin Clark play).
Six Democrats made a
video encouraging Armed Services members to resist directives from
the commander in chief, the President of the United States, and the
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. President Trump had said that these
six individuals worked in concert and are “Traitors to our
country”.
Many people have
also seen the presentation by the six and had questioned the legal
validity of what they stated along with possible treasnous
implications. Some compared to crying fire in a packed movie theater
when there was no fire. Others questioned this presentation to be in
violation of swearing to uphold the constitution. I have not seen too
many current and former military in the flyover territory speak
positively of what the six did.
In August 2025 I
wrote that Washington DC should be split of its residents giving the
residential land back to Maryland and Virginia as the purpose of the
land given was for a government that had legislators meet every other
year and only get paid a stipends for legislative meetings. The
federal government was never meant to be a career, but a time in life
for service to the country, then back to the original occupation.
Government was not be be an occupation and not tobe a lobbying
ooccupation when leaving government.
The same logic is
for the judiciary. The current state of all courts in DC is there is
a very biased judiciary. Too many cases can go before people as
jurors that have professional implications when serving on various
juries. With the highest majority of voters in the country that vote
for one party, it is mostly impossible for someone from the other
party to get a fair shake. It does not matter if this is perception
or reality, it must be avoided at all costs. Also, the DC Judiciary
seems to be so biased htat it is criminal. After writing this I will
be staying away fron DC.
To solve this there
should be no DC district courts. The district needs to be broken and
split to other jurisdictions. It should also be made easier for to
change venues, not for judge shopping, but to get to a less biased
jury pool.
Would the six
legislators have a different result if their grand juries came from a
different playground? There are no guarantees of that. But
eliminating the location of the grand juries and the judicial
activity away from the career bureaucrats would bring less risk of
the tainted jury that would be available to protect one of its own
and return the judgment to a fair and honest jury that did not have
financial interests in the game.
