The day after Labor Day 2011 my physical well being was challenged due to a blood pressure episode. I needed to lose weight and also get into shape. I did lose a few pounds, but I nowhere near where I should or want. I tried to do my wife's routine, I tried to do group sessions and group peer group concepts. What I have realized is that it is not group or government dictated common methods that work for everyone, but it is "Personal Fitness". I have no idea how to even create a program. Consult and work with a personal trainer. I did! This is my trainer and I am 75 pounds lighter since we started working together!
